RECIEVED A CALL FROM MARK WILLIAMS (HAD A VERY THICK MIDDLE EASTERN ACCENT) CLAIMING TO BE AN ATTORNEY AND THAT I HAVE A LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST ME BY A COMPANY CALLED CASH ADVANCE USA.HE SAID I WAS GIVEN A LOAN DEPOSIT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT THAT I NEVER PAID AND MAY BE CHARGED FOR CHECK FRAUD.I HAVE ALL MY BANK STATEMENTS AVAILABLE TO PROVE I NEVER RECIEVED SUCH DEPOSIT NOR EVEN NEEDED ONE.I HAVE READ ABOUT ALL COMPLAINTS BEING FILED AGAINST THESE PEOPLE.

I see the number pop up on ID and don't try to call back to find out waht it is about and the line is busy, everytime I try back.

I get a call at least once a day. No message. Called it back, it says thank you for calling degree finder. Its a telemarketer for schools.

I dont have personal credit cards. tried to dial 2 to get removed from call list but guy answered. he asked if i was responding to the call to save my credit card interest rates. I said NO, that i was just wasting his time like he wasted mine. He said "whatever. you think your so sly" and hung up. the number will not dial back to this outfit.
